"Business is really about change. But what I often discover is that business people tend to overlook an important aspect of change. They must understand that change occurs at three distinct levels: the individual level, the micro-level and the macro-level.

As a consultant, I have three roles: an advisor, a resource and a process facilitator. Each of these relates to the respective levels on which change occurs.

I personally do not initiate change for my clients. That must come from them. What I do is help them to make the changes they need. I am a tool."
